What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the ancient science of natural medicine that has its origins dating back over 4000 years. It focuses on creating a pristine balance between mind, body, and spirit. It is about balancing one’s soul with Mother Nature and the elements around them. Unlike other medical systems where the problem is the main focus, Ayurveda centers around and aims to treat the wholeness and wellness of the individual.

Modern medicine focuses on destroying pathogenic invaders from outside the body. Ayurveda focuses on making the body's defenses as strong as possible through promoting inner balance. The foundation of this overall balance is three organizing principles called the doshas; Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The ancient Ayurvedic texts discuss the doshas in what we would recognize as homeostatic terms. The doshas are regarded as among the first sprouting of the unmanifest field of unconsciousness into the manifest realm of matter.

The three doshas can me defined in terms of broad functions. Vata is the dosha, which is expressed in all motion; Pitta is the one, which is expressed in metabolism, heat production, digestion and energy production; and Kapha gives solidity, structure, and balances the fluid. An excess of the dosha, or a shortage of the dosha can cause disease.

For the best results, we recommend applying this moisturizer in the morning after cleansing your face with the Exquis Deep Cleansing Wash and re-applying once at night before you sleep. Afterwards the Exquis Anti-Aging Moisturizer should be applied daily once at night.

How long will the products remain fresh after I open them?

Exquis Skincare products will remain fresh up to 30 days once opened. The container should be always kept closed after use.

What is the shelf life of Exquis LLC products?

The self-life of all our products is 24 months. We recommend you discard any remaining product after this time period.

Does your company test their products on animals?

We do not test our products on animals. Exquis strongly views animal testing as unnecessary and inhumane.

Do you accept International Orders?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt (excluding weekends or holidays). All orders placed after orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization before further processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped out. Once the order is processed it takes between 2-3 business days based on the destination.

What is your policy for returns?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at, you may return it and obtain a credit or an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please return any unused portion of the product along with the product invoice showing proof of purchase and order number from using an insured, traceable method to: Exquis LLC, P.O. Box 167, Harriman, NY 10926. Items purchased only through with an accompanying, valid invoice and order number may be accepted for exchange or return. Shipping & handling charge is non-refundable.

What if the products or my shipment arrives damaged?

We put the utmost care in packaging our products. Unfortunately, sometimes, despite our best efforts, products can be damaged in transit. If products are severely damaged contact us right away by email at with you order number and invoice as proof of purchase. Please hold on to the entire parcel received in addition to the damaged materials, products, and packaging. We will immediately contact the carrier to inspect and collect the damaged materials.
